Is anyone else as weirded-out as I've always been at the fact that Woodstock actually EATS SOME OF THE TURKEY, practically licking his lips in anticipation as his good buddy Snoopy slices-up one of his fellow birds, ravenously devouring it to the bone in a cannibalistic frenzy?

I don't think the creators of that special really thought the whole idea through very well...

... may I remind you that we're talking about a cartoon where they let a dog carve the turkey in the first place?

Isn't there a Donald Duck cartoon where he's eating a chicken or turkey drumstick?

That's TOTALLY different! As I've oft been quoted saying; "I'd be happy to try human once rather than eat something i already know i hate AGAIN."

Or MAYBE... animals have no concept of cannibalism... And Woodstock is clearly a bird among men... he has opposible thumbs on his wings and everything!

We had chickens when I was growing up, and we fed them garbage because they loved it, and in that garbage was often....chicken. Those chickens lived for YEARS. I called them the Donner Poultry.
